The Bachelor of Nutrition / Master of Nutrition and Dietetics aims to develop students’ professional skills related to the practice of nutrition and dietetics to influence the management of medical conditions and enhance general wellbeing through nutritional intervention and dietary changes. Throughout this course, students will develop a high level of technical and evaluative skill so they can assess and implement recommendations for best practice in nutrition and dietetics. Students will develop advanced skills and knowledge in nutritional biochemistry, nutritional physiology, food science, nutritional assessment, medical nutrition therapy, public health nutrition and food service. This course combines both the Bachelor of Nutrition and the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics courses offered at CQUniversity in an integrated and fast-tracked format.
