Bachelor of Business and Environmental Science
James Cook University - Townsville

Course outline

This multidisciplinary program provides students with core knowledge and training in the application of business and environmental principles. Students learn to understand business and its related environmental and financial issues. The core subjects provide a fundamental background in business and environmental and marine sciences that are essential for modern business operations. A substantial range of electives in business, environmental and marine science, and aquaculture allows students to develop generic and soft skills as well as broad-based cross-disciplinary knowledge and more specialised knowledge in particular areas. Students gain the decision-making and business capabilities for a career in aquaculture production, environmental policy, marine resource management, and aquaculture marketing and business management.
