Centrelink Benefit

What to do if QTAC cannot electronically confirm your Centrelink benefit

Please note: QTAC is unable to electronically confirm a Centrelink benefit paid to a parent or partner.

If we have not been able to confirm that you receive a Centrelink benefit using the Centrelink information you provided in your online application, you will need to provide additional documentation.

The documents that you need to provide will depend on whether you are financially independent or dependent.
