Course outline

The design course emphasises practical experience through projects and design studios, and encourages creativity within a vigorous design culture. You develop adaptable and resilient capabilities to design, think critically, effectively communicate and collaborate to realise your ideas.

The property economics course provides the theory and practical understanding of the role that property plays in the Australian and international economy.

You learn to provide advice on the use, value, management and marketing of property, in order to optimise the benefits from ownership or occupation.
