Documentation

Documentation isn't always required

You don't need to provide us with documents for many of our courses.

In many cases documentation is simply not needed. In other cases we can obtain your results on your behalf so you don't have to provide them to us. If your education provider is on our institution list (PDF 94.5KB) you will not need to provide documentation to us.

If either of these situations apply to you, once you've lodged your QTAC application, you'll simply receive an email with your tax receipt/invoice attached.

If you change your preferences and documentation is then required, we will email you.

Required documentation

If you do need to provide us with documents, we'll send you an email containing a cover sheet(s) soon after you apply, or soon after changing your preferences.

Print out the cover sheet(s) and attach any supporting documentation outlined.

Cover sheets

A cover sheet is a pdf that shows your name, application number and the name and type of the qualification you need to document.

Print the cover sheet and attach it to the required documents when you submit them to us.

You can print Educational Access Scheme cover sheets from this website.

Where to submit your documents

You cannot scan, email or submit photographs of your cover sheets and documents.

Please post them to:

QTAC
PO Box 1331
MILTON, QLD 4064 Australia

Or hand deliver them to:

QTAC
Level 4
154 Melbourne St
South Brisbane QLD 4101
