JMC Academy was established in 1982 to meet the demand for qualified professionals in the entertainment technology industry. Today, JMC is Australia's leading entertainment technology education and training provider, catering for the growing demands of the creative industries. Courses are available in the areas of contemporary music performance, audio engineering and sound production, film and television production, 3D animation, entertainment business management, and game design. The Academy is located in South Brisbane, in the heart of the city's creative precinct. JMC Academy's
unique integration program ensures students across all programs are able to collaborate on numerous projects.

Facilities

The Academy's modern facilities ensure that students have access to the latest equipment and software including professional recording studios, digital media and animation labs, rehearsal studios, film and television editing suites, green screen studios for film production, and MIDI labs.

Scholarships

Each year, JMC Academy offers scholarships equivalent to first year tuition fees in
