Bond University (BU) is Australia’s first private, not-for-profit university, offering a  personalised academic environment that enables graduates from all over the world to exceed the outer limits of their potential. The Good Universities Guide has awarded Bond the maximum five-star rating for positive graduate outcomes for five years running (2007-2011).

Created in the scholarly traditions of pre-eminent private universities of world standing, Bond University challenges students to be leaders and thinkers; combining globally-focused course content with industry experience to develop initiative, enterprise and ambition to prepare graduates for rapid career progression.

Bond’s three-semesters-per-year structure enables students to fast-track their studies - completing a bachelor’s degree in just two years - providing graduates with a valuable head-start in the ultra-competitive careers market. Students also thrive in smaller study groups where world-renowned professors and industry-experienced lecturers know them by name. Bond’s extensive industry contacts provide opportunities for students to learn from leaders in their chosen field, through guest lectures and internships. Students can study overseas through established partnerships with some of the world’s leading
universities and research facilities.

Bond offers over 330 undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Law, Business, Architecture, Sustainable Development, Humanities and Social Sciences, Health Sciences and Medicine, Information Technology, and Hotel, Resort and Tourism Management. The University’s innovative programs include one of the very few undergraduate medical degrees now available in Australia and Australia’s first ever Doctor of Physiotherapy qualification.

All students have access to unparalleled academic and technological resources at Bond’s world-class Gold Coast campus, including the fully-equipped Balnaves Foundation Multimedia Learning Centre, Film and Television Studios, the Macquarie Bank Trading Room, and the Mirvac School of Sustainable Development – Australia’s first six-star green-star rated education building and winner of many internationally-recognised awards including the Royal  Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ global award for Sustainability (2009).
