Non-refundable Processing Charge 

  • It is your responsibility to determine whether you need to apply to QTAC for a quota place.  If you are unsure whether you need to apply through QTAC please contact the relevant institution admissions office.

  • You can lodge one application only in any one admissions period. If you want to make changes to your preferences such as the order of preferences or list new preferences after lodging your application, please do so through QTAC's Current Applicant online service.  Do not submit a new application.

    Any charges paid for an unnecessary or duplicate application will not be refunded.

Prepayment Voucher

If purchased, the voucher is only valid for the current admissions period.  QTAC will not reimburse prepayment costs for QTAC Application Numbers and Activation Numbers that have expired.

Deferring Payment

  • The defer payment option will not be available after 30 September 2008.

  • When you select the defer payment option you will be advised of the amount owed and the date by which payment must be received by QTAC.

  • You will not be considered to be an applicant and your application will not be processed until full payment has been received.

  • if you wish to lodge a scholarship application, you must make payment for your application before you can log into the scholarship application using your QTAC application and PIN.

  • If payment is not received by the advised date your application will be regarded as late and you will incur the higher processing charge.

  • For applications submitted by 28 September and paid for by 28 September, the date of receipt of application is the actual date the payment was received.

  • For applications submitted by 30 September and paid between 30 September and 10 October, the date of receipt of application is 30 September.

  • Payments received less than 10 days before any scheduled offer round may make that application too late to be considered in the offer round.

  • Full payment can be made via QTAC's Current Applicant online service, by mailing a cheque or money order to QTAC, or in person at the QTAC office in Milton.
