Processing Charge 

• It is your responsibility to determine whether you need to apply to QTAC for a tertiary place.  If you are unsure whether you need to apply through QTAC please contact the relevant institution admissions office.
• It is my responsibility to be aware of the application processing charge and QTAC's refund policy.
  
• You can lodge one application only in any one admissions period. If you want to make changes to your preferences such as the order of preferences or list new preferences after lodging your application, please do so through Current Applicant online services.  Do not submit a new application.
  
  Any charges paid for an unnecessary or duplicate application will not be refunded.

Payment Options

Payment can be prepaid, made online with a credit card, paid via BPAY®, or if the application is submitted by 30 September the payment can be deferred. Deferred payments can subsequently be made by cheque, money order or credit card, or at the QTAC office. You will not be considered for tertiary offers or have access to any online services until full payment of the processing charge has been received.

Prepayment Voucher

Applicants who do not have a credit card can pre-pay the application processing charge to QTAC. The voucher lists an application number and activation number . These numbers can then be used to submit an online application. View more....

Personal Details

Please ensure that QTAC has your correct mailing address and telephone number at all times and that reasonable notice is given via Current Applicant online services, or in writing, of any change of address.  If QTAC cannot contact you directly during the admissions period (eg travelling abroad), ensure that you have made adequate arrangements for someone to act on your behalf. Acknowledgement of Application

• Application Review - Online applicants are shown an Application Review prior to the end of the application process, which they are encouraged to print as a record of their application.  The Application Review includes the applicant's course preferences as well as any 'course notes' such as folio, audition, interview and deferral information.
  
  
• Confirmation of Lodgement - Once they have submitted their application, applicants are shown a Confirmation of Lodgement screen, confirming their application and giving them their QTAC Application Number.  The Confirmation of Lodgement should be printed as this is QTAC's acknowledgement of your application.
  
  Your application has not been lodged until you see the Confirmation of Lodgement page.
