Enabling Cookies

QTAC's Online Services make use of Cookies. To use them, your browser need to have Cookies enabled.

NOTE: If you cannot enable your Browser to use Cookies, you cannot use QTAC's Online Services.

To enable Cookies, follow these steps:

• Internet Explorer Users
• Netscape Users
• Firefox Users

Internet Explorer Users

Internet Explorer 6.0

1. Select the Tools -> Internet Options... - use the 2 steps shown below.
   
   


2. Set the Privacy options - use the steps below.
   
   
   
   
   

Internet Explorer 7.0

1. From Internet Explorer's Tools menu, click Internet Options.
2. Within the Internet Options window, click on the Privacy tab.
3. Make sure the Privacy setting is set to Medium
4. Click ok.
   

 

Netscape Users

Netscape 7 and higher

1. Select the Edit -> Preferences... - use the 2 steps shown below.
   
   
   
2. Set the Cookies options - use the 4 steps shown below.
   
   
   

Firefox Users

   1.  Click Tools -> Options

       

  
   2.  Click Privacy -> Accept cookies from sites
