QTAC Refund Policy
It is the applicant's responsibility to determine whether they need to apply to QTAC for a tertiary place. If the applicant is unsure, they should contact the Admissions office of the relevant tertiary institution.
All requests for refunds must be made within 5 days of payment being received and must be submitted via fax, letter or by lodging your intention to request a refund by calling QTAC Information Services on 1300 GO QTAC (1300 467 822) or +61 7 3858 1222. Refunds will be subject to an administrative fee and will not be issued if QTAC has already started processing the transaction (i.e. QTAC has begun assessment of the application).
