Program outline: The program provides students with a broad understanding of scientific principles as well as integrating key areas of exercise and nutrition sciences. The degree examines how exercise and nutrition play a role in community health and the prevention and treatment of illnesses and disease. It also introduces how the body moves and ways to enhance performance. Students are given the foundations to enter a diverse range of fields or continue on to postgraduate study in specialisations such as clinical exercise physiology, dietetics, sports coaching, medicine or physiotherapy. Options for accelerated study include summer semester.
