To access the services,  you will need your QTAC Application Number and PIN.  The PIN is initially set to the day and month of your birth eg the PIN is 0405 if your date of birth is the fourth of May. Current Year 12 applicants can use their Year 12 Student Number as an alternative access number.

It is important to note the following -

  • to change application details or course preferences after submitting your application, access Current Applicant online services or contact QTAC; do not lodge a second application.
  • As applications can cover courses throughout the year, keep QTAC updated with changes to your application, such as contact details or new qualifications completed.
